Terms of service.

 

Scheduling Policy:

-We require all pets stay on a 12 week or LESS regular schedule. Ideally, most breeds require professional grooming every 4-8 weeks depending on your pets breed & size, coat type, condition of the coat, your lifestyle (i.e. do you swim a lot with your pup), your preferences, and your dogs health needs. If it has been longer than 12 weeks since we have seen you last, pricing will reflect the extra time needed for grooming due to the condition of the coat.

Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

  1. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may result in a bill for 50% of the base service price.

  2. If we haven’t heard from you, we show up at the appointed time and nobody’s home, we will leave you an invoice for the full cost of the scheduled groom. If we do not receive payment within 10 business days, we may cease all future services.

  3. If cancellation is due to our illness or van emergency repair, we will notify you immediately, and your appointment will be given top priority.

Refund Policy:

  • As groomers, we have a duty and obligation to consider the overall comfort and condition of your pet both during the grooming process and when they are returned to you following the groom. If you are completely satisfied with our work, we will accept payment in cash or all major credit cards. However, once we leave your premises, if you require additional services for the original visit, an extra charge may apply. Refunds are not customary once the service has been performed, and you have made payment in evidence of your satisfaction with our work.

-Pets that are aggressive or have behavioral issues which may place the groomer at risk must be specified prior to grooming. Should it become necessary, Canine Cleanin’ Crew reserves the right to use a muzzle for the safety and protection of grooming staff and pet(s).

-“De-matting" or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. Canine Cleanin’ Crew takes no responsibility for any skin irritations, heavy matting, or habitual biting uncovered on pet(s) before, during or after grooming.

-In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Canine Cleanin’ Crew to contact the nearest Veterinarian and authorize the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.

-Canine Cleanin’ Crew reserves the right to take photos of pet(s) for the use of advertisement.

Notice: Groomer reserves the right to decline or cease services based on the pet(s) behavior, health and safety.
